How to create a new support ticket

This document is to show how to raise a support ticket in Zendesk.
The ticket system allows us to track your IT issues, and deal with them more efficiently than using traditional means.
Actions:
There are several ways in which you can raise a support request:-
- Send an email directly to our helpdesk: helpdesk@select-support.co.uk
- Office Telephone Numbers 01793-915182, Monday to Friday 9-5
- Out of office Telephone numbers 07766 732544 or 07576 214373
If using the helpdesk ticketing system ensure you provide details of your IT issue. A ticket ID will be generated automatically and an email sent back to you. We will review the new ticket and reply as soon as we can.
